1. Data controller

The data controller is Francisco Javier Lopardo, a self-employed professional operating under the trade name TekCare360.

2. Personal data that may be processed

We may process the information you choose to provide when you request information, support, a quotation or a service.

• name, contact details and the content of your request;
• technical or organisational information required for the service;
• files, images or other attachments sent voluntarily;
• data required for the administrative management of the relationship;
• technical data essential for the security and proper operation of the website.

If you contact TekCare360 through WhatsApp or your email service, the relevant provider processes the data according to its own privacy notice.

3. Data stored locally in your browser

The website may store certain preferences in your browser, such as the visual theme and game records from the “Digital break” section. This information is stored locally on your device and is not sent to TekCare360.

The website currently does not require an account and does not include marketing analytics or behavioural advertising tools. Any additional tools will be disclosed and this privacy notice will be updated before they are activated.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Data may be processed for the following purposes:

• replying to requests and contacting you again;
• preparing quotations and organising interventions;
• performing a contract or taking steps requested before entering into one;
• complying with applicable tax, accounting and administrative obligations;
• protecting the website, systems and communications from unlawful use or attacks.

Depending on the circumstances, the legal bases are the performance of pre-contractual measures or a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and the legitimate interest in the security and technical management of the service. Consent will be requested for optional processing whenever necessary.

5. Data retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the request or the relationship with the customer. Where tax, accounting or legal-protection obligations exist, data is retained for the period required by law or necessary to exercise or defend a right. After those periods, the data is deleted or anonymised where possible.

6. Providers and recipients

Data may be processed, within the necessary limits, by technical and professional providers appointed by TekCare360, including services used for email, communications and administrative management.

The website is hosted and distributed through Netlify, the technical provider of the web infrastructure. If you choose to use WhatsApp, processing also takes place in accordance with the WhatsApp Privacy Notice.

Data may also be disclosed to authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect a right.

7. Transfers and external services

Some technical providers may process data on infrastructure located outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, processing is governed by the safeguards required by applicable law and by the privacy notices of the individual providers.

8. Data subject rights

Where provided by law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

This privacy notice may be updated when services, technical providers or applicable obligations change. The version published on this page is the current version.
